Build your Novafloor order around thickness, roll size and joints

We supply a defined roll range with supporting accessories, allowing you to put the main floor covering and finishing items into one enquiry. The following order structure uses the specifications in our Novafloor protection catalogue.

1. Identify the surface and work remaining. Share the floor finish, the areas to remain covered and the activities planned above them. Include photos or a marked plan where available, especially if different zones have different requirements.
2. Name the thickness for pricing. Our listed options are 1mm, 2mm and 3mm. If you have not selected one, request a comparison of these options rather than ordering by the word “protection” alone. Thickness is a specification, not a stated load rating.
3. Plan around the actual roll dimensions. The listed format is 1160mm × 12 metres, approximately 150 square feet per roll. Treat this as nominal material area, not a guarantee of finished coverage after cutting, overlaps and changes in room shape.
4. Add the joint and edge items. We list cloth tape at 48mm × 25 metres, masking tape at 48mm × 13 metres, and L-corner protection at 50mm × 50mm × 1 metre with 5mm thickness. Identify these separately so they are not assumed to be included in the roll price.

For a non-standard requirement, include the dimensions and quantity in your enquiry. We offer custom-make options, but a custom request should be distinguished from an order for standard ready-stock rolls.

Our Novafloor offer gives construction buyers a named material construction, three thickness options and stated roll dimensions to compare. A lower-priced alternative may still suit your work, but compare those details before treating two rolls as equivalent.
